Procell Microchanneling Prep
Procell Microchanneling is a treatment for all skin tones. However, clients with the following contraindications, are not candidates for this treatment. Also, if you have a history of oral or facial cold sores, fever blisters or herpetic whitlow (herpes virus), consult your physician to start a course of Acyclovir treatment before you have a Procell microchanneling procedure as it can activate the virus if you already have it.

Pregnant or Nursing

Untreated Diabetes

Chemotherapy or Radiation within the last 6 months

Accutane within the last 6 months

Laser or deep chemical peel that removed the entire epidermis within last 12 months

Any inflammatory skin condition (eczema, psoriasis, infection, rash or any type of dermatitis) at the treatment site

Botox or filler within the last 2 weeks

New scarring - less than 3 months old

History of keloids or raised scarring

Any bloodclotting disorder (hemophilia, Factor 5, etc)

No caffeine 24 hours prior to appointment

No aspirin or fish oil 24 hours prior to appointment
